There was a leak from the pipe inside our wall. From my point of view, the damage was huge. I contacted four Public Advisors, and three visited our house and checked.

The first Public Adjuster I contacted only on the phone was like Swindler. He asked for a 35 percent fee. Many people can be scammed like this because they don't have experience hiring a Public Adjuster. Please be careful. Since then, all three of them have asked for a 10 percent fee.
