Matthew has been awesome to work with. When my insurance said they wouldn’t pay for the hail damage on my roof, my roofer Dave Holmes with Profile Roofing gave me Matthews contact information. I immediately called him, and started things in motion. Matthews guy came out pretty quickly and assessed the damage and Matthew then took my case. I really appreciate the help he gave me to get my insurance company to pay for my roof, because that was the right thing that needed done. Two of my neighbors just had their roof replaced from the same storm. I would highly recommend him!.

We just wanted our roof repaired properly. Everyone throughout the process agreed our roof was damaged and all came to the same conclusion on what needed to be repaired. But when your roofer is telling the insurance adjuster “I cannot even buy the materials for that dollar amount” and your agent says “I don’t get involved in claims” it is time to call an advocate.
James stepped in with correctly prepared quotes, independent roof inspections, coverage review or our policy, and a general understanding of the process well beyond the average out-of-town insurance adjuster. He also knew how to push, where to push and when to stop to get us beyond the band-aid fix the insurance company offered.
Now when the roofer says “we have enough to either properly repair your roof or completely replace the roof with a different material” we know we made the right decision hiring James.

Without the help of Matt Jensen at Utah Public Adjusters, I know that I would not have had a successful settlement outcome with my Home Insurance claim. Matt's expertise and services came highly recommended and we have NOT been disappointed. He took on our difficult case and encountered not only accuracy issues but also process resistance from our insurance carrier who, based on the original very low settlement offer and delays, was not acting "in good faith" by any reasonable definition of the term. Matt did a great job in getting us a new roof. Our insurance company had turned us down twice before we got Matt involved. We had had two insurance adjusters look at our roof who put circles around each hail damage spot. There were a lot of circles yet our insurance company said it didn't qualify. We had a very long and frustrating experience with utah public adjusters. If I could go back I would definitely reverse my decision to use their services. They were unprofessional, had poor communication and at times we’re blatantly dishonesty. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’m hoping to spare others the frustration we experienced. It took a year and a half to get a settlement for our roof replacement and in the meantime our roof continued to deteriorate and leak through the house. Months would pass without hearing from our adjuster Chris, and when I would call for an update he was condescending and arrogant. I would steer very clear of this company.
