We were referred to Claim Pros for assistance filing with our homeowner's insurance company after Hurricane Ian in Sept. 2022 damaged our Cape Coral home. We knew nothing about public adjustors, or even the idea that our insurance company would or could ignore or deny our claim, and Justin M. was professional and informative. We ultimately chose to file a lawsuit to force a response from the insurance company and finally settled almost two years later. Justin, and later, administrator Charles F. at the end of the process, were helpful and patient with finalizing the payment process to their firm. Not what I expected and took 2 years to get alot less than what was told to me. I wouldn’t recommend getting a claim in your record for this little payout im comparison. Shop around and look for a different adjuster.

My wife and I are more than happy that we skipped the hassle and signed on with Jesse Nelson. His professional service and immediate response to any question or comment that we had about our Hurricane Ian claim made us feel at ease throughout the process. He took the fight with our insurance head on and accomplished what I feel would have been a long and drawn out process for us alone, in less 5 months. The settlement we signed with our insurance is satisfactory to accomplish everything we need to get our home back to what it was, unlike the lowball offer we received first that wouldn't even cover a new roof. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team to anyone who doubts if it is worth paying someone to fight for you, because it definitely is.
