I tried to work with my insurance after water damage to my home. my insurance company was dragging their feet and doing what they could to slow the process. I was recommended to Claim Elements Consultants by a coworker with the same issue, and am really happy I reached out to them.
They quickly got to work and got me the payment I need to repair my walls, floors, etc. I went from feeling defeated by my insurance company to feeling super happy and lucky to have worked with Marian, Candy, Luis, and the rest of the team. Thank you!!

This is my first time working with public adjusters, and Luis and Candy Torres from Claims Elements Consultants are the reason why I will NEVER work with a public adjuster again. They have been extremely unprofessional. They refuse to answer my calls, emails, or texts. They even wanted to leave my insurance check under my door mat. However, when I told them no, and to hand deliver it to me instead, they never showed up. The things I mentioned are only a few of the horrible things I have experienced with them. Beware of this company, I will be reporting them. Do NOT hire Luis Torres or Candy Torres.
