I had a great experience at Claims Express. This was my first time visiting the shop.
Long story short, my rear bumper had to be fixed. All I had to do is sign the contract and wait for the check. Once you do that, insurance companies communicate with Claims Express directly which rids you of a headache. I appreciate your help! Keep up the good work!

Hi everybody. I would like to tell you about my worst experience working with this office, I do not advise anyone to contact here. They kept my car in their garage for over 3 weeks. They took it apart, and when I came to get it, they returned it disassembled. All this time they couldn't find the number of the insurance agent responsible for the accident with my car. Besides, they took a lot of money out of my check, which wasn't worth their effort. Since all these 3 weeks, due to their incompetence, I had to rent another car... I ask the Lord that this company disappear!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Claims Express Insurance company for my car insurance needs. Worked with these guys recently. Despite some of the questionable comments and reviews. I had a great experience and I'm really glad I went with them. Honesty I've recommended them to at least five people already. The staff was very kind and  professional. They explained everything so i knew what to expect. Even though they said I shouldn't get my hopes up, I got a higher payout then expected. Hopefully I don't have another accident anytime soon but now I know where to get help if I do.

Promised a lot but did nothing. I have 2 estimates. One of them from Caliber Collision for free, another from Claims Express. Claims Express estimated more on $449 only than Caliber Collision but charged for their estimate $620 so it's no sense to hire them cuz you will get more money from insurance company without them for sure.

Absolutely a WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY I came to them to seek maximum payment from my insurance and they messed up my claim process whatever they did and however they work is very sketchy my insurance didn't want to work with them so I got a $5k offer for my vehicles repair which half of that ended up going to them they are absolute scammers and are literally taking your money they held my car for 2 months and when I got the car back it had the front bumper taken off they took $2400 for "the work" but they literally didn't do anything and got a easy paycheck I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WORKING WITH THEM if you want a good payout just let the insurance company do it no third party middle man type stuff where it can go sour moral of the story they wasted 2 months holding my car only took the front bumper off and took $2400 for "work" they did..... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY OLEG FILEV AND THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS
