We experienced significant water damage just a few months after moving into our new home. I met Craig when my rental house burned 15 years ago. At the time, I didn't even know what a public adjuster was. He was introduced to me by my neighbor. Claims Inc guided us through an awful home damage situation complicated by our homeowners insurance not acting in good faith which dragged us through 6 years out of our home which is nearing but not yet reached completion. After a total fire loss this company and the family within were the only light at the end of the tunnel for us. They kept us going. They kept us moving. They fought for us when we were so very weak. Never for a second of my life did I think that my house would ever catch on fire. Few ever do. So when the fire broke out and devoured my home, I was clueless on the what had to be done. I didn’t know what to do. Furthermore, we were immigrants without any relatives living in the United States. First, my husband let the insurance company know of our situation and contacted the claims. inc. Mr. Trombley promptly came to the hotel where my family was staying and explained his work and how he could help my family. His words were of great consolation and it took a great weight off of our shoulders.
