The same work I went through trying to reach them and follow up with them on the completion and payments of our claims, I could have done it directly with the Insurance Company myself. I could have had in my pocket the money I had to pay Claims Process. And I still have a portion of the claim not paid; with no help from them. This was a total waste of money, time, and effort.

This company does not have any seriousness, it does not answer your calls and when it answers something it only tells you lies, my insurance paid more than 7 thousand dollars to its company plus the payment of our claim and it still does not pay us. It's been more than two months and not a call or an explanation, they are real thieves

The company does not have experience in what it does, they do not have professionalism, they are looking for bait like crazy to involve them in the insurance and not solve it, then your house is left more destroyed than what you are really claiming.

La empresa fue a mi casa e hizo la inspección, y todo el proceso salió muy bien fue bastante lento pero logré cambiar mi techo. Muchas gracias a Jesús Silva y a todo el equipo de la oficina fueron muy amables

Esta compañía es una estafa. Para el huracán ian ellos Cobraron a mi seguro $71.K para reparaciones de mi propiedad. retuvieron mi cheque 6 meses y tube que pelear para que me pagaran a riesgo de una demanda civil. Me dieron $25.K y de ese cheque me descontaron $3.5k. Una estafa. Me e buscado un problema para resolver por el huracán Milton por culpa de ellos. Son una estafa ?
