I have nothing but great things to say about Claim Scope Inc. Alex has been amazing. Since day one he has been a huge help and a shoulder to lean on. I have been able to call, text, or email him at anytime of day with any questions or concerns and he is always there with answers and to support us. Claim Scope helped to make a miserable experience much better. They handled all communications and negotiations with our insurance and went above and beyond to help get us the best value for our home and possessions. They helped to find us a rental property and helped to maximize our the amount of money and payments we recieved from our insurance company. We were faced with having to deal with a water leak/flood in our house and were referred to Alex Hernandez at Claimscope inc. We have never dealt with a public adjuster before this incident but i can categorically state that employing Alex to deal with the insurance company on our behalf was the best decision we ever made.
