What a learning experience that everyone should know!!! We had a washing machine pump overflow and cause a flood in our home. We called our insurance company and they sent out a company to clean it out but then we were left with a mess. We never filed a claim before and got advice to hire our own adjuster to work on our behalf.They get paid from a percentage of what they get you so there is no upfront cost. We searched yellow pages for insurance adjusters in Orlando and a list came up. This may sound silly but I clicked on their name because it sounded good.. Claims Max...I only saw a couple reviews on yelp but they were good and they have an A+ on better business bureau Orlando. I called and the owner Sam answered. He was super nice came to our house ,explained the process and all that he would do for us. Long story short the insurance company sent a check for 17,000 which we didn't think was too bad but Sam said our claim was worth more and would get it for us. We were then assigned to Bob who was once a insurance adjuster for the insurance companies and knows exactly how to handle them! Now it did take a few more months but it was worth the wait because he got us an extra 25,000! They definitely lived up to their name of Claims Max!!!

After fighting with my insurance company for almost a year after the hurricane I decided to hire my own adjuster (Frank Dalton)
Not only did he come out immediately and show me everything my insurance companies adjuster missed but he took total control with contacting them and fighting to get what I was truly owed. The stress was taken off of me and totally handled by frank.
Do not trust your insurance company or their adjuster, it’s well worth the money to hire your own private adjuster and have them fight for you. They are smart and know what they are doing and get it done.

I recommend this company to anyone who has a claim, not sure if to file one or If you filed a claim and believe you were underpaid. I had some damages and was not sure if it would be worth filing a claim. Richard Garron from Claimsmax stopped by and educated me on what I needed to do.
