My boyfriend and I discovered several water leaks in our home last year. Being fairly new homeowners, we had no clue how to handle this situation and what our options were as far as starting a claim. We ended up going through Peter Stololongo and it was the best decision we made. Peter made sure we knew exactly what was going on during every step of the process, was exceptionally good at communicating and overall made the process smooth and easy to understand which meant a lot to us given we never dealt with this before. He is also extremely professional and treats you like family. When the claim got settled he ended up getting us way more money than we expected so not only could we fix the leaks, but everything in the house we wanted to! I can’t express how much I recommend Pete for ANY problem that ever occurs in your home, you will be thankful you did!

We were referred to by someone in our church who had a positive experience with Bill, the process took about 2 to 3 months, but that's expected when you have a low level home insurance company. Suprisingly Bill was able to get our money considering that our home insurance company has quite a few complaints, we are extremely happy with Claims pro and Bill for getting our money to fix our home, with a much better rate than what Attorneys charge, Claims pro rate was much less.

We called Claims Pro USA after experiencing some damage from Hurricane Matthew. Billy (Reynes) took all of the pressure off of us so we could focus on other issues. We were extremely happy with his service and the outcome of the claim. Having this peace of mind went a long way since shortly after the Hurricane I fell ill and would not have had the chance to deal with the claim in a timely manner.

I received fantastic help once my case reached the attorney Aaron Bass (5 stars for him) but Claims Pro made a lot of statements that just were not correct. Jean offered to give names of insurance companies in that could help and never did. I ended up with a fair settlement because of the incredible attorney, not Claims Pro.

Being new to house problems and home insurance, I had no idea what to do when I had a water leak in my home. It was a stressful time and I had a lot of conflicting opinions and advice given on how to handle the situation. Luckily I got referred to Peter Sotolongo and man am I thankful I did! Pete is amazing at his job. He’s professional, tough, treats you like a friend, and will fight for you and your family. Pete helped me throughout the whole process and taught me everything I needed to know along the way. i just want to thank Mr Nader Maali who at claims pro usa was super, we was getting ready to have our roof on our house replaced and after everything was settled for the roof, it started taking a while for the roofer to start on our roof which started stressing us, then we called mr maali and he would talk to the roofing company then they started moving promising to be at our house but then then wouldn't show and again we called claims pro usa and talked to Brook who was awesome and she would also call the roofer and mr maali and after a few times the roofer delivered the materials and the next day they started and finally finished our roof! SO i want to thank Mr Maali and Brook who we talked to many times for their kindness, patience and professionalism for all they had done to help getting this done! THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH!!!!! They came out and took care of everything. From creating the report based on actual evidence collected onsite and by using a weather app that tracks storm events capable of causing damage to connecting me with an attorney.
