Working with Brett, Rich and their team has been terrific!
It was a tedious process working with our insurance company adjuster.
Our insurance company put roadblock after roadblock in our way. Every time the insurance company hired a new expert, Clarke and Cohen (C&C) countered with an expert for our side.
Every time the insurance company came back with a lowball offer, C&C would not budge.

We had an electrical fire at our residence on a Thursday evening in early December, 2021, resulting in all electricity, water and heat being turned off. We called our insurance company immediately, but were told we were on our own in finding an electrician to assess the wiring and have the power restored. We called many places but no one returned our calls. We contracted with Clarke & Cohen the Saturday following the fire and they had an electrician at our home with full power restored by Monday afternoon. They proceeded to work with our insurance company to assess the damage to our physical residence and the contents of our home and received a final check from the insurance company February 7th. The work C&C did for us was prompt, thorough, and resulted in an outcome that was very satisfying. I would recommend them to anyone who suffers a disaster to their residence. Instead, you will get prompt, professional, assertive staff that will fight for your best interests. Brett Cohen has been wonderful to work with. His company also has connection with a team of experts building engineers, appraisers, restorations specialists, etc that will help present your case to the insurance companies in the best way. My house is just a small townhouse and outside of their normal geographical coverage, but this big company took on the small project anyways. Very much appreciate all of Brett’s efforts. I had a fire n March. Never had that experience before. I rushed home to find a crowd of people outside my home. They descended upon me like vultures. Never having been n a situation like this made everything worse. Out of all that chaos Ryan approached me with such knowledge n empathy. He let me know what next steps would be even tho he wasn't hired. Of course I sought him out n asked if I could hire him bc I have no idea what to do. This man Ryan had me n a hotel that night. Took charge of finding the people who put me up n temporary housing for the next 6 months. They were amazing too as Ryan said they would. He got me clothing. Ryan was always a step ahead of my needs. I called him so often I was afraid I might get him divorced. He answered all my calls after hours, in weekends n once he was on vacation. He always says it's ok. Call me. And he made me feel safe.
