scammers, and thieves, they have taken my money for years and now will not cover damages to my home that are covered in the policy, 3 roof and siding companies have written damage reports and estimates but this company sends out their adjuster who says he was a siding and roof contractor and he says there is no damage to the roof. he did agree that some siding was wind damaged but only offered to repair sections which cannot be matched. so at this point he wants to de value my home by putting up different color siding on parts of the home. my mortgage company does not agree with this and in many states this is even against the law.
they have only offered to pay less than a quarter of the repair quotes. I have paid my premiums early for years and never have had a claim. no that I have wind and hail damage from this spring they refuse to pay out.
Stay away from these con artists.

I don’t feel protected with their insurance and wasn’t able to add what I needed. Switching now and got a better rate with better service.

Had some water damage from freezing pipe. They sent an Inspector who took pictures and told me to expect contact from Clarks Fork Insurance with 48 hours. 8 days later we still have not received any phone call or mail from Clarks Fork Insurance regarding our claim. Whenever I call the Field agent, he never answer's his cell phone or reply to our email. Clarks Fork Insurance is useless when it come down to quick help during emergency. There are better options out there like USAA and Progressive.

Clarks Fork Mutual is a great company. They have helped so many families needs in the community and have established their presence as an incredibly reputable business in the area. The beauty of Clarks Fork Mutual is that it is the same five people working there all the time. If you need help everyone is friendly and willing to help. As a customer of Clarks Fork you do not need to worry about being "just a number" because their agents work to make all feel welcome and Important. They have been in business for over a hundred years because they have proven them selves in the industry:)

Clark’s Fork Insurance Agency in Booneville MO should not be in the consumer business!! They have no professional customer service skills whatsoever! The manager...at least that’s what he calls himself, Will, has no leadership skills! What was the board of directors thinking appointing such an incompetent man. He has no knowledge of customer policies, the record keeping in that office is beyond poor and he as the manager doesn’t even know what’s going on in ‘his’ office yet he was quick to tell me he was the ‘CEO’. What a joke!! The first thing he needs to do is go back to customer service ‘school’ and learn customer service 101. Has the company forgot that without customers there is no company!! These small businesses are always advocating to patronize the small companies so they need to instill in their employees, from the top down, that customer satisfaction can make or break a small business. I’m definitely going to tell everyone I know not to do business with Will or Clarks Fork Insurance of Booneville!!

We had a major storm that basically snapped trees in half and tossed around patio furniture like it was paper. Our entire area was declared a disaster area by American Family, State Farm, etc. Yet this JOKE of an insurance company comes out and says "no damage" and leaves us stuck with a $1,500 bill just for CLEANUP -- not to mention damage to our gutters, roof and everything else.

Meanwhile, our neighbors up and down the road are being taken care of with white gloves by American Family.

We finally told these jokers to take a hike and signed up with American Family -- something we should have done years ago.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are in it to take your money and leave you hanging when a disaster strikes.
