Bad company to work for. No respect, no long term potential. I quit on my own for many reasons after two years of dedication. They will use you & pay you nothing while the top dogs make it big. Especially avoid if you are female.

My insurance company sent these guys out as a third party adjuster. Having damage in my house well over $20,000, which was estimated by a prominent construction company. The Clear Point adjuster's estimate came out to just over $6,000. They included the wrong type of tile in both my hall way and kitchen. Wanting to use one coat of paint, without primer. All other expenses were shrunken down to the cheapest they could make it. The damage that took place in my kitchen was valued over $10,000 alone. If your insurance company sends someone from this company to get an estimate on damages and cost in your house, YOU ARE GOING TO BE UPSET when the estimate is sent to your insurance company. Be very careful with these people.

I don't know how they found me but they keep emailing me saying they are hiring in my city after I have repeatedly stated I am uninterested. And after reading the reviews I'm glad I passed.

I was contacted by Kayla Williams on a Monday and offered a job and sent my personal information, id and SSN cards, to begin employment by Wednesday. I requested direct deposit information on Tuesday, which was sent by Kayla. I emailed Kayla on Friday asking if an offer letter would be sent to confirm placement. I then received a phone call from Amanda Taylor advising they apologize but that things were hectic and they hired too many people. Had I not sent Kayla a follow-up email, I doubt I would've heard anything. They refused to provide any hire ups information, even saying they don't have a human resources. Do NOT apply with this company. They are a waste of time. And I have no idea what they did with my personal information.

What a joke, these guys are a subcontractor for Mercury Insurance, they have no idea what they are doing, nor do they know anything about California Insurance Rights. Beware. Make sure you know your rights, look them up, it's illegal to misrepresent your insurance policy.

Company sent out an adjuster who do a terrible job. If your insurance company says this is who they use make sure you have all the damages written down and point them out. The adjuster was very terrible and did a half *** job.

This company will not pay independent adjuster in months but only after you call and email a ton of times and payout is lower than fee schedule or what’s promised. Literally they will find a way to take your money!
