For more than 10 years I had been using another brand of in ears for my shows, last year I decided to upgrade and many of my musician friends recommended me to try CTM, I contacted them and from the first message I already felt welcome in the CTM family. I received my in ears 3 days ago after ordering 4 weeks ago, I tried them live last night and it’s a total game changer, everything sounded so clear and perfect. As a bass player, I love to hear the kick drum and bass perfectly and that is what I got with my new AS-7. They also allowed me to custom them and add my logo. I bought the CT-400P custom in ears and they are really great! I have nothing bad to say about them. They sound incredible, the fit is perfect and they feel super high quality. Also the customer service is great! They really show the customer how much they care. Every time I talked to a representative it felt like if we knew each other for years. I use a pair of CT-400 Pro custom in ear monitors. I play bass, track, edit, sing, and teach lessons through the Internet with these IEMs. For my purposes they are fantastic. I wear them daily for hours at a time. The 400 Pros are very flat and true to the source material. The clarity and detail is impeccable. The ease of drive is amazing. These monitors are loud! I was fit by the CTM team at NAMM 2020. The monitors fit me perfectly and seal completely. The entire process was smooth and the turn around time from molding to receiving them was quick. When CTM talks about their customers as family, they mean it. All of my emails have been returned quickly, thoroughly, and personally. I could not recommend Clear Tune Monitors enough. Personalizing the case is a great touch! Thank you for helping me be the best musician I can.
