Erica worked and worked to make our loan happen. She's extremely persistent at trying to find a way. She was always available to answer questions and in the end we had an excellent experience buying my new home. Sean and his team were absolutely amazing, I felt like they did everything they could for me at the time of my visit, just had a little too much debt but that's not their fault. They called in the following weeks to check up on me and see how things were doing, Sean was one of the most real and honest people I had met in a long time, didn't show up in a suit trying to sell me any BS, showed up in flip flops and told me exactly what it was going to take to get me into a place, I will be going back when my finances are in order and I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team to anyone that has any questions about the home buying process!

Went in December, took all my docs, filled all the proper paperwork, they would not contact me or return my calls, I had to go in person every time, they tan my credit three times dropped it from a 708 to a 588 then said they could do anything, now it’s been 10 months my credit is up a bit and still no one will approve me for a loan!!! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy even to spite them if I could I would leave -5 stars thanks a lot Clift mortgage!!!
