The only reason I’m giving the pharmacy any stars is because of PAST experience. This pharmacy helped to put me in hypertensive crisis. I received a call AND a letter stating that my insurance would no longer be covering my prescription. So, I ordered as much as I could before I had to try something new. I have medication resistant hypertension and the medicine that I take is the only one I’ve had success with.
After I ran out, my doctor tried something new, which caused my blood pressure to rise very high. I called my insurance to see what my doctor needed to say to get them to pay for my prescription again, as it is VERY expensive. My insurance informed me that they’d NEVER stopped covering it. And just by chance, I STILL had the voicemail from the pharmacy in my phone.
When I called back to address this, they tried to brush it off as a simple mistake and tried to give nonsense excuses that I had documentation to rebut. I found out that the communication that should’ve gone out was that the MANUFACTURER’S coupon had changed. This type of incompetence could have caused damage to my heart and/or kidneys. My blood pressure was 172/102 and they didn’t even pretend to be concerned about their mistake.
Every phone call that I’ve made or received since then has been lackluster and nonchalant in tone and lacking in good customer service. As soon as I find another pharmacy who participates in the manufacturer’s coupon and can ship this prescription, I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. This was not a harmless mistake.

My fiancé paid for 3 medications totaling 200.00. Not only did the medication arrive a day late but it was missing one of the prescriptions. It’s been a week now that she has been unable to start the new medication. They now have ups calling her as if they did something wrong. She did receive the package. It was just short one prescription. I’m almost sure that ups didn’t open the box, take a prescription face cream and then secure it closed again🤷🏻‍♀️

Great pharmacy! Staff was super attentive and friendly. They made me feel more welcome than my own mother does. Highly recommend anyone to fill there prescriptions here. Very competitive pricing. Also the pharmacy itself was immaculate; not a single spec of dust in the most obscure places. I would know I have a strange attention to detail. I would feel comfortable eating a 12 course meal straight off the floor with no plates and I’m a germaphobe. My kids told me they had more fun playing on the floor there while I waited for my prescription than when I took them to Disney world. Happiest place on earth!

I love CLRX pharmacy! The staff is so personable and caring. Skylar and Kylie are super helpful everytime I come in to pick up my prescription. They both go out of their way to ensure my experience is exceptional. It’s truly a joy to see them when I go in.

I have my rx's delivered by CLRX and usually do not have any issues. Today, the delivery driver thought it would be a good idea to throw my meds into the middle of the sidewalk in front of my building rather than placing in my mailbox or even close to the door. This is unacceptable! Luckily I work from home, so as soon as I received the delivery notification, I went out to retrieve my package. I didn't see it in my mailbox, so looked around and found it here.

Extremely polite and professional. Home delivery is spot on. Very reliable and on time. A driver delivered my Rx which required refrigeration from Slidell to Metairie. It was perfected packaged in a styrofoam ice chest with multiple ice packs. Hands down.... love this place!
