This pharmacy manager Debbie is a joke. I have used this pharmacy for 5 years. Never a problem until now. On 11-19-2024, I was to have my prescription sent via UPS. The package never arrived. The following morning, I reached out to the pharmacy to let them know the package was never received. The response from Jared “ you were on the call list to call back”. Then more information was given to me about alot of packages UPS had in their warehouse was never delivered for this day. Jared then indicated, a new package would be delivered 11-21-2021. On 11-21-2024, message indicated the package was delivered. At this point, concerned as no package had been delivered. After reaching back out to the pharmacy. I spoke to Debbie. She identified herself as the pharmacy manager. Her demeanor was rude and accusatory of no one being at the residence. After advising her, of the camera feed, someone is home daily and having 4 dogs, surely we would have known we missed someone delivering a package. Debbie insisted we missed our delivery without listening to what I said. The message received, package was delivered 11-21-2024 12:20 and was not. Then she kept saying, since they resent the package from 11-19-2024 it cost them a lot of money. I asked Debbie how is that my fault when their company chose to use UPS to make the deliveries and had a hiccup on the first delivery? She became upset, rehashing the whole situation and what it cost them. Also, upset that she had to track down the package a 2nd time. She then proceeded to tell me, she will not deliver to me in the future. I asked to speak to someone other than herself. She insisted there is no one else to speak to and the owner spends majority of his time in another country. She claims she is the one that makes all decisions and whom I speak to. This childish behavior is so bizarre, Debbie does not realize there are competitors out in the market. She only hurts the company that employs her by losing sales. Debbie then proceeds to tell me she will mark notes in my file. Again, childish behavior as if she thinks no one else will service my pharmaceutical needs. Long story short, my package finally arrived 11-21-2024 3:08pm when expected to arrive 2 days prior. I have reached out to my doctor’s office to advise of this incident, called and left a complaint at the other office with a request for someone to respond or acknowledge they are aware of Debbie’s behavior. Prayers nobody else has to deal with this individual as Debbie is not a people person. Just observation from a 5 year client that had no issues until now.

Have been using the pharmacy for years. Everyone is polite and helpful. The pharmacist is always available to speak with. Much better than CVS and Walgreens. They ship fast and never an issue. They file with my insurance correctly and always find co pay cards to reduce the cost and know how to file the pre authorizations. This is the best pharmacy for all your needs not just dermatological. Very happy customer.

Quack pharmacy. Was told by doctor that this pharmacy is good at getting prescription coverage for the medication I need. (I checked my insurance app and it's covered without a prior authorization but whatever). Script was sent in on a Thursday. Pharmacy called on Friday and said it would arrive on Saturday. Low and behold, it hasn't even been shipped yet.

The unmitigated gall of forcing patients to wait 5+ days for necessary medical is unconscionable. They aren't open on weekends so nothing I can do. I'll probably have to miss work on Monday because as I wait for this medication, my condition is worsening. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy and certainly won't be using it again.

Please let your Dermatologist know to send your prescription/s to your regular pharmacy…This place is a joke..!! After I was promised that they could beat my regular pharmacy prices I had to wait for 2 weeks for them to run it through my insurance, which I made clear that they didn’t cover it, but was assured that with the coupon my doctor gave me I would still get it cheaper with them even without insurance…I finally get a text to contact them only to be told that they cannot help me because my insurance doesn’t cover any of the costs, which again I made clear that trying to get a PA on it was a waste of time, and they can’t apply the rebate or coupon because my insurance won’t cover any of it…so now being without the medication for two weeks I have to have it transferred to my regular pharmacy who can apply the rebate/coupon even though my insurance doesn’t cover the medication and have it in less than 15 minutes…This is a pharmacy/dermatology kick back program and honestly 9 out of 10 times your regular pharmacy will price match and save you the hassle of dealing with a company that will say anything to get your dermatological prescriptions, they don’t fill any other type of prescriptions but from the dermatologist..!! I will also be having a conversation with the dermatologist that sent my scripts to this place even after I confirmed my pharmacy info before check out..This wasn’t a new script, I have been getting my meds filled from them at my regular pharmacy for 3 years now..!

I reported the medicine specifically Fabior and it gave my son a bad skin reaction( redness, rash and flaky skin). my son’s acne on his face got worse when He used this product for 4 days/ once a day. I called them for a refund and told me I can’t get a refund bec. the product is open already. Of course it is open so we can test if the medicine is working or not. I can shipped that back to them to get my and they can return that to the manufacturer to get their money.
“ I’m sorry , ma’am. We cannot give you your refund.” That’s$45 bucks and you get a sorry from them.
Believe me they are very good in selling you their products but you can’t return it once you open it. This is moneymaking.

My son’s dermatologist prescribed him a new, stronger medication, since the others helped some, but not enough. Epiduo Forte would cost me anywhere from $87-$169 JUST FOR MY Copay, through our insurance, Allegiance through Cigna. MONTHLY. Here, at CLRX Tampa they found me a CASH price of fifty bucks and got it to me the next day.
I love them, and am going to price some other meds that I am now questioning high copays for. CLRX RoX!!

Also, that lady with the 1* review, blaming them for not refunding her money...NO pharmacy refunds your money. CVS won’t take it back, even UNopened, if you accept it. Instead of blaming the pharmacy for your kid’s reaction to the drug, take it up with the doctor who prescribed it and had NO way of knowing your kid would have a reaction. Read the label, they warn of possible side effects.

The pharmacy sent a text message for my husband to call them, but the phone number they sent- "is not available. Call cannot be completed as dialed."
