Awesome customer service! Had an issue with my daughter missing her makeup photo picture day. They went above and beyond to fix things for me. Very happy with my photos. Hoping our school district continues to use them in the future! 🙂 Thank you!

This company is terrible! They did school photos for Batavia NY and just unprofessional. The way they speak to you when they know they are wrong is just disrespectful! I had to reiterate their own rules and regulations. Stated I will NOT get my retakes if they don't receive the previous package. And then wanted to tack on more fees to mail the pictures back when they should have taken them the day of reshoot.

Seriously just unprofessional. I read through the reviews and isn't anything new for this company. Customer service goes along way. And I'm sure some of the problems they have had probably didn't have to end in a negative review. But here we are. Hopefully I get what we paid for!

This company does picture day photos for Pittsford Central School District. If you count how much money they make out of the total Pittsford families each year just for picture day, and compare the service they provide, how they are still in business is a mystery. I can only assume they have some types of connections with the school district. Somebody should do some investigation. I paid $40 for my son's photo. His eyes are squinted in the photo. Anyone could see would draw a conclusion that is not a good photo, let alone a professional photographer. He said they only took 2 photos and decided that one was a good one. Other kids also complained the light was too bright. Please have some heart and pay attention to what you are doing. So the kids would not be blamed, "you didn't smile right." There is no excuse for a bad photoshoot at this modern age. Everything is digital.

My son goes to Barker Road Middle School in Pittsford.I told the company I want a refund for my son's picture day photo. I don't need to pay $40 to get a bad photo. Thank you. They told me in order to get my refund, I need to bring the package to them. Can you image the parents from Pittsford Central District all have to flock there to get a refund? I want to ask you how did you get the contact with Pittsford Central School District in the first place?

This year’s pictures had to be the worst bunch of pictures I have ever seen. They “offered” pictures to get retake with the return of the old ones. The pictures never came on time for me to get their pictures re done. Fine whatever. But then I had to pay extra for the touch up a hoping it would come out half decent and not look like it was done by a child. Finally get the pictures today after waiting forever for them and the date that I PAID for is not even visible. Who ever thought that using yelling lettering was a good idea,
It’s not. I emailed “President Austin” unsure why he addressed himself that way, but he completely disregarded all of my concerns and my request for a refund back on at least the touch ups on the photos. I wish we had an option to choose who does our kids photos. I’d pick Clix last.

My child's school used Clix for school pictures and the process was good and the photographer was very nice. But they mailed me the wrong child's pictures twice now (two different kids). The first time they were very apologetic and accommodating but mentioned this had happened to other people. Edit: The studio has followed up apologetically and professional handled the issue. The photos are printed off site and that seems to be where the issue is. I'm still concerned if my kid's pictures have been sent to strangers or if the wrong photos were printed and sent to me.

The only experience I've had with CLIX was for my daughter's school picture, but they turned out great! I had accidently printed my email address incorrectly on the form, and when I called about not getting the pictures they fixed the issue within minutes and were very kind about something that was obviously my mistake! Will consider them in the future for any photography needs!
