Phenomenal service provided by Patricia.. the insurance is Progressive and they were giving me a hard time for paying out for my expenses due to water damage. Patricia came in and took over the claim. She helped me get my money back from the insurance which helped me cover my restoration and mitigation. She is great to work with and very professional. Patricia is by far the best public adjuster in the industry. I was at my wits end with the insurance company. Very Very Professional and Honest! Patti and her Partner (I forgot his Name) but they are Wonderful people, they drove an hour all the way from south to north to see my house. After go through all the paper work and take a look at everything, then Patti explain to me all the details of numbers from the insurance company, we end up agreed that it's a fair price. From the very start of our claims process Coast 2 Coast PA handled our claim with complete professional and punctual service. Their communication, attention to detail, industry knowledge and updated reporting all the way to check issue were second to none!
They are also handling a second claim on a separate property that is in the final stages of settlement with the insurance company and they have significantly increased our damages report for claim purposes that the insurance company adjuster failed to discover.
