My Doctor is very nice and she's a good listener.She helped to make me feel better with the Medicine that she prescribed. She will return your phone calls.if U need to talk to her. Front desk staff are good about taking messages for the Doctors. Really, all the Doctors are very caring and understanding. The Maintenance guy at the Clinic at least that's what I call him, he's really a good. Doctor and a darn good one. I've have been treated by the other Doctors at the Clinic and they are good I never have any complaints about any of the Them.

I was sent here through workers' compensation after an on-the-job back injury. The nurse assigned to me was Victoria. From the moment I met her, she lacked understanding, empathy, compassion, and care.

A day after my injury, she advised me to take pain pills and two shots for pain before sending me back to work with no restrictions. I have reason to believe she overheard me in tears while speaking with my mother on speakerphone, which is the only reason she returned to the room. My mother asked if I had been referred to any testing centers, to which I replied no. She then told me to have a good day and left.

Victoria later returned to the room, handed me a paper, and said, "You can go here if you want to at any time," before walking out.

After returning two days later due to persistent pain, I begged for an MRI, but she told me it was not warranted and advised me to return to work as directed. Four days later, I returned again because my pain had worsened. I was experiencing numbness in my limbs, extreme headaches, shortness of breath, and an inability to sit or stand without severe pain. I explained to her that I was not sleeping well, and even while being heavily medicated on the three high-dose medications she prescribed, the pain was not subsiding.

She told me there was nothing she could do for me. The best she could offer was a sedentary work release, which required me (as a coach/teacher) to alternate between sitting and standing every 10 minutes for eight hours a day. I begged again for an MRI, to which she responded, "I could do it, but I can't promise it will be anytime soon because the hospital is backed up," but assured me she would proceed with it.

I exhausted my PTO in order to aid in my own recovery because I was unable to walk without pain. Three weeks after meeting Victoria, she discharged me from her care and referred me to a surgeon, whom I have yet to see. I have been having seizures at work and have yet to receive proper treatment. All of my appointments have been intentionally pushed back in the hope that I will heal from a bulging disc in my spine.

This place is inhumane and has failed a member of the community whom Victoria took an oath to protect.

I would have given a 5 but it really depends on what Dr you get. I have been treated very kindly. It's also nice to be able to get weight loss meds here. Just wish the price was a little cheaper. I'm not going to complain just a Christmas wish. It still beats the full price any day.The girls that work at the front desk are very sweet. I really only deal with the one you check-in with. She's always very sweet. That says a lot when the first person you deal with has a great attitude. It sets the mood for the rest of your visit.

A friend went for an appointment and had been waiting for 2 hours, was 4 th in line, people came in behind him without appointments and were seen b4 him.he asked front desk, why and was told he was being rude because he has a loud speaking voice.( He is partially deaf)a man who claimed to be the owner,came out from the back room and shoved my friend towards the door and told him to leave.my friend was no way in the wrong ,and did NOT DESERVE TO BE PSYSICLY PUSHED OUT THE DOOR. THAT MAN HAD NO RIGHT TOUCHING MY FRIEND! My friend just asked why he hadn't been seen yet when he had gotten there first! I'm sure he'll not ever go back there in west memphis!!!1 star is way too much to even rate coast to coast!those people should not be working in that facility..

I have always had great experiences here with all of the staff. Leah is my pcp and is always caring and helpful. I will never go anywhere else. Yes, I have to wait sometimes but not that long. After all, this is medical care. People get sick.

Fast health care, wait was minimal! Got there for my DOT physical, the place was packed there at 8am when they opened. Was out before 10am! That is so very fast for a full clinic! Good friendly nurses and doctors! I will be using them for health care in the future!

I cannot say enough about our wonderful experiences with Lance and his staff. When we went to him for the first time, I was blown away. He took his time with us, did a head to toe assessment that I haven’t had a Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or a Nurse do on me since I was in the hospital in 2014 on the Cardiac floor with Congestive Heart Failure. Sad, scary, but true. If you want to be treated like you are Lances family, then this place is for you. He and his wife are absolutely amazing!!

My last visit started off great. I only had to wait 30 minutes before being called to triage, and I went straight to a room after that. Dr. Chris was perfect, professional, and polite. It was the nurse that was my problem. I didn’t get her name, but she came in to tell me I had to get two shots. Then she rushed me to “pull my britches down.” It felt like she stabbed me with the first shot, although she was gentler with the second. She told me to pull my pants up then check out. I did, and some of whatever she had injected me with got on my hands and clothes. When I got to the window I told the receptionist I received two shots, but I didn’t know why. She had to pull my file to tell me what was going on. Besides the nurse coming in all aggressive, with no information, acting as if she didn’t have time.... it was a decent visit
