Coastal Claims was awesome. Within days after hiring them, they were able to assist us in getting the insurance company to acknowledge that the entire roof needed replacement and that it would be covered by the insurance. Extremely dissatisfied with Coastal Claim and Mark Hazel. It has been almost 2 months since my claim for water leakage has been submitted. Still no results. Got 1 $2500 check. He did not reach out for me for almost 3 weeks. I have called and complained to Christine a few times, have not heard back from her. Mark sent a text least week that he just submitted a claim. Meanwhile we have been living with half our floor torn up and part of wall being removed.

Cristin Taylor did an outstanding job as our public adjuster in handling our recent homeowner's insurance claim resulting from water leak damage in our home. Bill was awesome! He took care of everything!! Our insurance company went bankrupt and he did not skip a beak dealing with FIGA. I’m not sure what would have happened if we did not use Costal Claims. It is well worth the money to have them deal with your claim. Bill had them cover items that I would not have thought about. The additional items that Bill had them cover that we would have not even thought about more than covered their bill not to mention all the time spent arguing with the insurance company. Top notch, I would highly suggest using Coastal Claims and ask for Bill! Thank you!!!

Bill really help me after the hurricane. Professional and punctual but most importantly knows the insurance documents and fine print. i have no doubt I would not have received all that was due to me because Bill knew the fine print the insurance company was not going to let me use without asking. Plus his negotiation skills were exceptional and I could not have done what he did for myself. I don't normally use consultants but you need a professional when something dramatic happens and Bill exceeded my expectations.
