Absolute worst communication and transparency. Our claim was a disaster from the beginning. We were bounced around to numerous adjusters that did not communicate with us at all. When it came time to receive insurance money. They were not clear as to how the payment worked. They gave us misguided information that let us to come out of pocket way more than expected. It was way more expensive than we wanted an insurance claim to be. The Communication with the homeowner was very vague, and we never really knew who our actual agent was. Our contractor could not even contact them to get assistance with writing the contract, so everything was a mess up and we ended up paying way more than we wanted to, but COASTAL got their money and it seemed that’s all they cared about. in the end end we had to search some legal advice because the Contractor had not been paid. And when I tried to search information about how processes work and get clarification, I had received no response after multiple times of reaching out. The whole situation was extremely stressful and very disappointing, highly do not recommend.

I would like to thank Coastal Claims and especially Jason for assisting me with my recent roof claim. From day 1 they were extremely involved and attentive to my claim and provided frequent updates on my case. Jason was my rep and he was fantastic to work with. He always took my calls and answered a ton of questions I had. The claims process was something I had not done before and each step and all options along the way were thoroughly and clearly explained to me. In the end the outcome was great. Jason and his team were professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can't thank him and his team enough. I would highly recommend anyone going through a roof claim to contact Coastal. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Coastal Claims is an excellent company that fights for it’s customers against the insurance companies that are hesitant to fix damages on a home. Coastal Claims adjusters are very knowledgeable in their field. The adjusters at coastal Claims communicate well with their customers. I highly recommend Coastal Claims to people who like things to be done right. Coastal Claims genuinely cares for people. I usually do not write posts for companies but Coastal Claims is a great company that deserves credit for being an outstanding company.

Our insurance company refused to cover damages from a hail storm that hit our community. The people at Coastal Claims pursued our claim and in the end, got the funds needed to replace the roof and repair damages to the interior of our home. Big thanks to Carlos for all of his efforts.
