My husband and I are first time home buyers we went into the process not knowing where to begin. Luckily, before starting I knew Brittani Hunter who is the Residential Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker I asked her to put us in touch with a realtor form Coldwell she'd recommended. In came Rachel Court! From the first two times meeting she expressed how much she would love to work us and help us find our first home. My husband and I couldn't have made a better decision than to work with Rachel! She was very good at communicating with us and understanding what we wanted in a home. We loved how a new house would pop on our drip and instantly Rachel would reach out asking if we wanted to go look at it. Rachel being a mom of two daughters around the same age as us, we knew she kinda had us under wing like a mother hen. She was honest and steered us away from potential homes that could turn into huge headaches down the road. She provided us with a booklet that allowed us to takes notes of each home we viewed which was a blessing because we saw A LOT of houses! She introduced us to a great team of experts she works with and it made everything happen as smoothly as possible. She was always in our corner and ready to fight for us in what we wanted. The saddest part about finding a home is that we won't be seeing each other as often, but down the road when it comes to selling or buying a new home, Rachel is going to be the first person we call! We relocated from Kansas City and chose Rachel based on her reviews at Coldwell Banker and she did an outstanding job helping us find the right house in Billings. We initially came out in November to see if we wanted to relocate and she spent the entire day with us looking at a variety of houses. Rachel also stayed in contact with us as we worked through the decision to move, and she also continued to research properties for sale and kept us up-to-date on the properties we were most interested in. When we made an offer on the house she prepared our offer to the sellers even though she was on vacation and stayed engaged in tracking the offer, counter offer and acceptance. As we worked through the purchase process she did a great job of keeping us informed. When we had trouble getting water test results she ran interference so it didn't hold up the closing and loan approval processes. Rachel is professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Billings. Her knowledge of the area was also very helpful for us moving in from out-of-state. We recommend Rachel Court at Coldwell Banker The Brokers without reservation.

Rachel Court at Coldwell Banker The Brokers did a great job handling multiple offers, multiple inspections and managed to keep all parties in the deal following unusual contingencies, delays and amendments. She masterfully handled negotiations. If she didn’t know the answer to any question we asked (which was rare), she researched it or sought the help of other real estate professionals. Rachel truly puts the best interests of her clients ahead of her own interests. She is very friendly and professional at all times. She always listened to and honored our wishes. The sale of our property turned out to be more complicated than any of us expected but Rachel handled it all as if she had been a realtor for years.
