I am in the Hurricane Helen area and have been effected by it. I hydroplaned and have crashed my car, had to buy another one so my bank account is zeroed out these thieves are telling me I need to sign some damn paper to give me back my money?! That $3,200+ is still mine scumbags, Tax guy probably got a kickback from these people, he told me it was a Roth IRA. America this is Curruption allowing this to "legally" continue.

This company is a TOTAL FRAUD!!! I signed up with this company over 14 years ago through a membership only club with my job. Payments were automatically taken out biweekly from my paycheck. In 2023, I received a letter stating that the money that it accumulated over the years was taken to cover the premium but was never given an amount!!! WHAT I’ve called, I’ve emailed and I’ve called some more and have gotten NOTHING back from these people! In addition, policy holders were given the option to cash out 25# of whatever the value in 2023. I never received my payment and when I emailed the company asking them to look into it, they replied that a check was sent out and said that it was a one time thing and there’s nothing that they can do! The photo of the check that they sent PDF shows a check payable to me but it wasn’t endorsed and has no banking institution‘a stamp to show that it was cashed!!! This is ridiculous that this can be done to consumers!!!

I was being charge over and kept receiving checks back in the years of being with this company. This company has been a nuisance for me. They've been the worst. I tried to cancel my policy a few years back when covid started. I was unable to do so because of the company litigation and they were in court for years. The letters kept coming stating that I couldn't be removed while they were in court. Now I'm getting bills when I stopped this insurance from this company years ago.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a complete joke. They have about 5 policies and they have the names, SSNs, addresses, phone numbers all messed up. My policy has my deceased grandpa’s name, my SSN, my aunt’s address and phone number, and my birthday. Then some random lady that I don’t even know or have ever heard of listed as my beneficiary. I have been trying to reach these folks for about 3 months now. Absolutely can’t believe that they are even an actual company or how this is legal. No wonder they have so many lawsuits. I am ashamed they even have a cent of my money.

Can’t ever get thru. Stay on hold for 45+ minutes. Keep sending my mail to wrong address. Had my insurance policies with them for years. I’m sure I’m not that important with my little old policies but nevertheless I’ve still been a paying client for over 15 years. Canceling all my policies with this company as soon as they actually answer the phone. No matter what option you choose no one ever comes to the phone

Have had a life insurance policy with them for almost 12 years. Went into rehabilitation 4 yrs ago or more because of dishonest businessman. Would not let us withdraw any money. Still wanted us to pay our premiums. Then went into liquidation this year and have probably lost all I've paid in!
