Don't waste your time submitting a complaint with this institution. They suppose to work for us-the residents and protect us,but on the same time this organization covers the big insurance companies to get richer and we-to be in more depth. They have the power to do something, but don't want to do it.
Don't expect ANY HELP from this department !!

Nobody ever calls you back, no matter how many times you call. I am an insurance producer trying to get my health producer license and because I am not getting help to resolve it. I have been sent things do. But I am having to prove that I passed. How do you know when the site went down right after and then pop up with nothing. I passed the test, and because of tenical errors, nobody would help. Due to the stress from this, I can't seem to get past 69, and the passing score is 70. This is my passion, and you can't even do anything about it. Why?

They've helped me get over on fraudulent insurance business. Good guess who actually do their job. Thank you for being a public service and staying with integrity instead of how your peer companies showboat at being a public service. You guys don't suck

I submitted a complaint regarding an auto insurance company on the Colorado Division of Insurance website. I did this on a Sunday afternoon. The following morning, Juan called and left me a message saying that he was processing my complaint that same day. That same week the company I complained about finally returned my calls to settle my claim. Juan also gave me a follow up call to let me know that he had received a response from the company. I am SO impressed with how effectively the Colorado Division of Insurance complaint system works. Reading other reviews, I think it's important to fully understand what they can and cannot do for you - they make this very clear on their website. From ease of submitting my complaint to the response time and follow-up, five stars almost seems too little. Thanks for helping me!!

Questioning auto insurance rates. Not sure if this is the place to voice concern, the cost of auto insurance is outrageous! It’s to the point that fixed income households have to choose between food and auto insurance! This is extremely sad! I know everything has increased in price but my goodness I feel that we all are suffering with the cost of auto insurance!

Ann E. Brannan was unresponsive and of no help; she just sided with the insurance agent instead of following up or asking for additional details. Another useless money-sapping government agency.

I wonder how much money the insurance industry bribes our government officials for the anti consumer policy that allow them to use our credit rating instead of our driving record. I am an x truck driver with over a million miles of safe driving but they use my credit rating to gouge me on my insurance premium. I saved up to pay cash for everything home, truck, motorcycle. Don't need credit. It's just not fair then they make us buy insurance

Worthless, I bought a extension warranty though an Insurance company, and they insured a truck that had problems, and refused to honor my contract, because the dealer didn’t disclose pre-existing issues with the truck, took to a dealership, to repair the truck, 23,457 dollars, I was told to file with BBB , I did and because BBB Has no enforcement authority, had to file in small claims court, and the limit was 7,500 so I lost 20,000 thousand dollars, only got 2,000 thousand dollars trade in, had to buy another truck
