WARNING! Nick Smadi charged 5 times the amount of other insurance companies while failing to provide the necessary documents needed for a customer. When I canceled the policy, within a month's time. they refused to refund over 6K paid. They made excuses and delayed the process which also cost my company a lucrative contract.

hands down the worst service ive ever experienced over the last 8 years. lets start with Gustavo one of the head salesman tried calling me out to fight 4 years into this because he never stayed on top of anything and the first 4 years let my insurnace lapse every year. after trying to leave nick smaldi stepped in said he let go of gustavo which i found out this year never actually happened. Dude told me he'd come to my office and beat me up. lol.

now 2025 im being told they dont know the difference between an ein and social security. and i need to get some document showing them the difference. this company will only cost you money and heart ache.

i have emails from gustavo just yesterday ultimately being very unprofessional over how he acted 4 years ago and is clearly still the same person today.

The owner Nick Smadi charge me for one policy twice 671 and 1500 although I ask Nick Smadi the owner at the beginning I didn’t know anything brother about the insurance you know help with the policy
Plus I 430 some for another party they
They did cancel the first one in one month just for one month now I have to pay 671 + 437.49

And the total policy was about 1600
So second time I paid the whole amount 1500.

I trusted Nick Samadi he took all my money.

I called them many time to fix the problem but they ignored because they signed everything on me without understanding.

I typically hate doing negative reviews and I have seriously completed doing this review only because it's not my style and I hate to the negative energy. However is my view can save one of customers from being doing business with this company will be worth it. My experience was business World insurance was Nightmare since start to the end. They give it to you a lot of promises but never do it. They screwing you nice and polite. Nick procrastinate with my cace month by month. After all I don't have any result. You have to be super careful if you're doing business with World insurance.

This insurance company moved into our nice neighborhood and they treat our community like it is thier ash tray. They are also allowing homeless to occupy thier parking garage and they are relieving themselves all over and around this business. I approached some of the employees smoking outside this business and let them know we never had the his problem in the past. One said they would clean up but they have not. Another employee copped an attitude and said "there is nothing we can do". They could easily close the iron gate to deny access. Easy fix! So if you want to by insurance from a shady place of business and get human excrement on your shoes this is the place for you!!!
