When I needed to switch insurance companies I contacted Nick at Compass He was fantastic. I had been with Farmers for over thirty years but over the last five years their customer service became awful & their rates went through the roof. I finally decided to make a change & contacted Compass to get a quote. I worked with Nick & he. was able to find a terrific new company “Auto-Owners” for both my homeowners & auto insurance coverage.
The coverage is better & the cost is about 40% lower.
Not only is the total cost of both policies 40% lower the total cost includes a third million dollar umbrella policy.

We could not be happier with Compass Insurance! They have taken care of researching which company can get us the best rates for the most coverage so that our insurance is as cost-effective as possible. The folks we've worked with have been great! They are willing to have conversations by email and text to settle out business which is a life-saver for people like me who generally are not able to take long phone calls and also for folks who are anxious speaking on the phone.

We've saved a ton of money and our coverage has improved so much since beginning with Compass. I can't believe we waited as long as we did to begin using them. It's great to not have to worry about policy renewals coming up and if there's something better out there that we're missing out on. They just find better values for us and let us know when it's time to make a switch. They never make assumptions and always verify with us before making any moves but their advice is worth its weight in gold. As long as this company is able to provide this level of service, we will continue to use them!!!
