I need to explain why I rate this company so high. We had the unfortunate experience of water damage due to a busted flex hose in the dishwasher water supply line. Talking with the insurance and damage mitigation folks quickly got me to realize that I needed a pro to help me navigate through the insurance claim process. I went through a web search and chose to speak with CCM. What a good move that was. Rolf not only gave me great suggestions over the phone, but he also drove down all the way down to our San Jose home to personally inspect the damages. What was more surprising was that he did all this for no charge and with no marketing proposals. I have called him a couple of times since then as questions pop up in my head and Rolf has been super helpful. He provides no-nonsense expert advice every time. What a knowledgeable pro!

I've been very impressed with the work done by Rolf. He was able to get much more than the insurance company was willing to pay. I live in NC and the property was in CA. Everything was done over the phone, but he kept on top of the situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
