Be careful, once these people got involved my business' general liability policy jumped from $1560 per year ( same premium for 4 years) to $4732 per year with no changes and no claims. I understand middlemen/ brokers have to make their money but that is a bit much.

I have been a client of Conexus for three years with policies for both my personal homeowners and my business. I felt compelled to write this review after reading "The Conexus Difference" on the first page of their website, specifically the Concierge Care section for business owners. I actually laughed out loud when I read this, as it has been the exact opposite experience for me. For three years it has been like pulling teeth to find answers to questions. Typically I was told "that info can be found on the client portal", if I received any response at all. Why not just be helpful and direct me where? I sold my business and canceled my policy over a month ago and as I sit here today I am still waiting for a refund check that I should have received within 7-10 business days. When I inquire about the whereabouts of my refund I just get the runaround again. There are so many insurance companies out there - choose one that actually provides legendary service. Not one that just talks about it.

Logan is the best. Her response time is so professional as we have needed to juggle policies, etc. She is accurate and on point. For someone we have never met, she has given us the assurance to be professional in the decisions for our insurance. We were with Farmers for 30 years, what a BIG regret I am having now on that!
