I recently had a fire in my kitchen. I called James and his team went right to work. I can't say enough about how easy they have made this process for me. The communication was top notch very clear and did everything he said and then some. Worked with my insurance and got me everything I needed to cover damages. It’s hard to put into words how comforting it is to have someone fighting on your behalf when you have to go through this process. As a homeowner, my damage occurred on July 2, 2023 when a very large old sugar maple tree fell on my house. I called my insurance company to start the process of filing a claim and at the time felt "relieved and grateful" that being a loyal customer of twenty-five years, I would be in "good hands" with my insurance company. Boy was I wrong with that false belief. At first I followed their lead and waited patiently as I had never gone through anything like this. There was no guidance or instructions from this reputable insurance company, so i continued to reach out and wait, and wait, and wait. I was paying for immediate repairs out of my pocket, i was leaving voice messages, i was leaving emails, and nothing happened other than being told one thing without any follow through, or being ghosted for six weeks.
After four months, I called CT Claims Adjusters and actually spoke with one of the gentlemen when they answered. Within two days two of the four team members arrived at my house to review and assess damages, answer all questions I had, and left me with their contract to review. After several days, I signed the contract and it was absolutely and continues to be the best decision I have made for this hellish nightmare of trying to deal with my insurance company.
Within two weeks, my team had arranged a meeting on site to review damages. Five insurance adjusters and two CT Claims Adjusters were here for well over an hour. Again, what a relief to have my team act on my behalf and remove the stress of having to deal with my insurance company...
During these last seven months, CT Claims Adjusters have been an invaluable resource for me, providing guidance, and delivering reassurance that all items that were damage would be presented to the insurance company. It has been nearly a year since the damage occurred and just last week, more damage was revealed once the shingles were off the roof. During the actual discovery, I was able to call and speak to my adjuster Tyler who instructed me to photograph and have roofers add an addendum reflecting new found damage so he can follow up with my insurance company and get results.
I am so grateful for the prompt, professional, and informed responses i have encountered since my first contact. I appreciate the numerous calls and emails that specifically Tyler has fielded, and he has always delivered a courteous professional response.
My damage claim is still ongoing but to date the monetary damages awarded have more than tripled, with further disposition pending.
Do yourself a favor and disentangle yourself with your insurance company; hire this professional service company and let them present the entire unfortunate damage and receive your represented insurance loss proceeds.

Never heard about using a public adjuster before. General contractors were looking to soak every dime out of my insurance company and downgrade the products in my home. This experience was the complete opposite. What they fought for covered everything i needed and their fee was pennies on the dollar. With this company fighting for me I was able to have all the contractors bidding against each other working for me as opposed to me closing my eyes while they make an overpriced fortune off my misfortune behind my back directing payments to them from my insurance. Love how our home is looking.
