Really just did not have a good experience with them. For every policy change I need to follow up with them multiple times to make sure it happens and it takes WEEKS. They also misrepresented how their life insurance works and money went missing from the account I was paying into, they had no explanation for it. Look elsewhere for an agency that actually is helpful and does not create so much unnecessary work on your end to make sure they are doing their job.

I recently was able to work with one of Connie Slater‘s very professional staff. Felicia Simon Did a great job helping me find the right insurance for my family needs, she also saved me a ton of money in the process. She was very professional and answered all my questions that I had. Definitely would recommend Felicia and this office. If you’re looking for better rates with the same amount of coverage and often better coverage. They offer life, home, auto insurance, this is totally the place to go!! Nice job Felicia! It's so nice to be able to give a positive review! Usually, I'm writing a google review to warn people away from a bad business, but I've got nothing but good things to say about Connie Slater and her State Farm office. They are like insurance used to be when I was young -- an office you could go to with questions and to get help with things you might not understand. The employees are always patient and helpful, and Connie herself is accessible and willing to discuss your insurance concerns with you. They are very quick to respond to calls. I wish all businesses did business like this. I moved from another State Farm office to this office both because it was nearer to my home and because I felt like I wasn't always getting the information I needed. There was an insurance review shortly after I moved over to this office, and that review saved me money (which, as a senior on a fixed income, is greatly appreciated). Insurance is complicated and can be stressful. Connie Slater's office just makes it easier.

My current insurer raised my rates again to the tune of 30+%, even though I had been with them for almost 10 years with no claims. This had happened for several years in a row. Parker, at Connie Slater State Farm was able to work with me to reduce those premiums back to what I was paying a year or two ago. Since I'm on a fixed income, this meant a lot to me!
