We have worked with CSIA for over a decade and they have been continuously helpful! The customer service is personal and caring. Tamara and Joan are very responsive whenever I reach out. They are also willing to really take the time to explain things to me when I do not understand. Dealing with the current commercial auto insurance market in California can be a challenge, especially as an excavating contractor. Some policy carriers are no longer taking new customers or won’t offer coverage without significant restrictions. Despite the limiting factors at play, the CSIA team has provided the most reasonable options and thoroughly explained how those resulted. They have always been receptive to inquiries and are timely in their responses. I recommend them to other contractors, just as they were suggested to me by a friend in the industry.
