Both home & Auto was with Cook for several years. Every year the rates went higher. The $500 increase on auto and over $300 on house was ridiculous, especially for any retired person on SS. I also have to mention the rude attitude I encountered from the office when I cancelled with them. Amazing that they have extremely unprofessional employees! This was just another reason I won't ever go back with them again.
