This is the absolute worst and most unprofessional company I have ever had to interact with. They have completely neglected my husbands case and delayed his payments for over a month. The adjuster Joyce has not returned any calls or emails for over a month. The only way we got a response from her co worker not even her her co worker is threatening to get an attorney.

This has to be one of the worst workmen’s Comp. insurance companies. They do not care about the injured workers. You have to do the work for your adjuster, nobody never gets back to you and the check gets put into the mail without the option to direct deposit, Zelle or Venmo. I was told my check was put in the mail and it has been over five days and nothing terrible, I see why so many one star reviews.

Very irritated with this company. We switched carriers and let our agent know. Our agent with copperpoint switched and no communication occurred about canceling. It auto renewed at some point with a new agent and then when we refused to pay because we had not been using them they sent us to collections. A big FU to them.

You must stay in contact with your adjuster, otherwise they will sit on your claim, and it'll take forever. Shouldn't be that way, but it is.

Word of mouth from my boss to the insurance company was able to stop my check after less then 1 month with a broke leg still not getting my check

They are worst insurance company they don't keep you informed or make contact with patient it's been a yr and no one phone call... they don't even have curiosity to let you know that they denied Procedure I had to call them because the hospital called to inform me that they haven't approved procedure Dr requested and supervisor just made excuses they don't care at all....they are not on your side at all.... time to get a lawyer I guess...

Accommodating staff. Great location. Better than average parking availability. Lots of handicapped parking spots. Great view of mountain Ridgeline.

If I could I would give them zero Stars, this company has zero compassion towards the injured employees or their families.

I lost my husband 7 years ago to a work related incident, in the beginning they were awful to work with and had to switch the adjuster working with us, and through out the years it’s gotten even worse, they talk to me like I am trash and always have attitude, I know after 7 years they just want me to get remarried already so they can close the case, It’s not going to happen.

I have called for the littlest things such as needing to update my address and I when I speak to my adjuster it’s just attitude and almost like I am an annoyance.

This time I had sent a email with proof that my vehicle had broken down and I had to pay for the gas tank and lines to be replaced on my Jeep and I needed a car to be able to get back and forth to work so I paid for my repairs with my rent money, I explained to them they were the last people I wanted to go to, to get an advance on my payment that I had went to the church, family and tried a go fund me but was given a 5 day notice to pay or quit “eviction notice” and at this point I couldn’t even afford groceries and also sent a picture of my bare fridge, they had the eviction notice and be begging them to help me and my kids with an advance of my monthly check. The response I got was this l, Lina my old claims adjuster had told me the only time they are able to do and advance is if it’s and emergency, HOW IS THIS NOT AN EMERGENCY? My children and I have no where to go and I am trying my hardest and being treated like trash!

Ms. Krause,

I have reviewed your file with management and unfortunately we will not be able to issue your September check early. I understand your situation but unfortunately there is nothing that we can do.
