Projects many times can get lost in the shuffle but with Chaney’s professionalism. Chaney was very thorough with the estimation of damages. He explained the process and work that needed to be done on my level even though he has a wealth of knowledge about construction and time frames. What I enjoyed the most about Chaney was his persistence and patience in seeing our project to the end. He kept me informed about his conversations with the insurance adjuster and contractors.
