Finding an insurance provider for a new home or car can be a daunting task, but we are so thankful we chose Corey at Allstate. We recently had to make a claim for our condo and Bonnie at Allstate was wonderful to work with. I had to call her several times in one day and she was timely and kind every single time. We then had to find a new policy for our new home and we went with Allstate because they not only gave us a good rate but they provided an excellent policy and thoroughly explained it. We feel like our assets will be protected by Allstate because the people here really do care! I would highly recommend this office for all insurance needs!

I bought a policy from the call center and was referred to this office.
Turns out I was sold a completely inaccurate policy.
It was really hard to get through to talk to anyone from this office when I finally did they said it had nothing to do with them, they seemed to be annoyed with me for having been sold a bad policy. I am upset with the way they handled this situation, in times of stress with wildfires so close their lack of customer service, support and empathy is unsettling. It was definitely not my intention to get sold something that wouldn’t work for me. I do not recommend this office.
