Commenting as a past employee.

As an adjuster, do not recommend working there. Significantly underpaid with an unmanageable workload. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to keep up with the amount of claims you get & be able to do your job properly.

Won’t return calls or pick up the phone. I’ve been waiting on an adjuster to come out and call me nothing. I’m giving them till the end of this week and I’m filling a police report and and getting a lawyer

My pickup truck was hit by driver on rental car
Accident was in begging of March 2023
Right now end of August
Jessica Hill- specialist with 0 responsibility to work.
Her supervisor Nicky newer calls me back. They are completely ignoring customers.
Worst business in the world. We can’t fix our truck and we just really confused what company like this still working in this country.

Hands down the worst, the worst, the worst business and insurance agency I've ever had to deal with. My car was hit my a rental vehicle insured by this company. Jessica Hill was supposed to be helping me and it's been 3 weeks and I still have not heard back from her, after leaving 4 voice mails. I called today to speak with someone else and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and said my claim is still being investigated. I asked what I should be doing since my claim was still being investigated, and she snapped back and said "the investigator is still investigating the claim". No help, no communication, at this point i"m not sure what to do.

This has got to be the worst insurance company to deal with Jessica Hill has been dealing with my claim for the past 3 weeks and nothing has gotten resolved my car was hit by someone that was driving in a rent a car and everytime Jessica Hill says she would keep me updated and not once has she called me every week I have been the one calling her even when I call corporate office they say they are going to call me back and never does EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Extremely hard to get a hold of Jessica Cameron is rude and they refuse to also call you back so it will be days in between calls if you can even get through sketchy business practices do not recommend
