I was checking homeowners insurance prices online and then apparently I was signed up for a account on a home that I didn't even own at this time posted on my bill. When I emailed Olivia said she fixed the issue but now they are contact me again asking for more information. They will not remove this bill even though the home owner had the home/her home insured at this time I will fight this no matter ehst. It's absolutely ridiculous! it wasn't my home I just wanted an estimate. This may ruin my credit for my first time ever. Be very cautious. I would not use this company!

My experience could not have been any more deplorable than it has been. Word to the wise your money will be 100% better at any other insurance company in the entire continental United States! Proceed with extreme caution. The absolute very worst service that I have ever experienced in 47 years!
