Things started off OK. Hugo called and took down my info, and said he would run everything though the next day.

Nearly 24 hours later he did not do anything. I emailed him and he asked for some of the same info I already gave. An hour later I got 1 quote with not as great prices, some was based off some bad info. I emailed him back asking him to correct the info, asked some follow up questions and asked if there were any other companies he could try.

1 week later and there was zero communication. I typed my info directly into 2 different insurance companies and was able to save about $500 off what Hugo's single quote was.

As a first time home owner it can become overwhelming when having to chose home insurance as you’re presented all these different options. Hugo made this experience stress free! He’s very knowledgeable and made sure we got the right policy for our needs. We have a big dog and many companies denied us but he made it happen!
