I've been with State Farm for 34 years and for 25 of those years Craig Kosten has been my agent. He has always been extremely professional and helpful, giving advice and making sure he checks in over the years - not just to sell me insurance but to actually make sure I'm covered in the right way based on my current circumstances ... and sometimes that means getting rid of insurance that I didn't need. The level of service that Craig provides has never wavered in all the years I've been with him. He personally gets on the phone with me and spends to the time to answer any questions I have no matter how long it takes. He always calls back same day. In the last few months, I've sold a home and I'm about to purchase a new one. Unfortunately, State Farm has temporarily stopped writing homeowners policies in the last couple of months due to over-exposure in California. While that has been a real inconvenience, Craig has done everything in his power to help refer me out and answer questions I have on proper coverage for a new home. As I've searched for quotes and dealt with other insurance agents, I've been absolutely shocked at how horrible the level of service is elsewhere. I'm talking to 20 year olds who know nothing about insurance and have misquoted to the tune of 10k. I've been "down streamed" to assistants to try and help me. There's been no personal attention paid to me whatsoever. It's really shown me how fortunate I've been to have Craig as my agent. I will definitely be keeping the rest of my coverage with Craig and will move the homeowners policy back to him as soon as State Farm starts offering them again. I highly recommend Craig and his team!!

I have been with Craig (from State Farm lol) for many years and I adore him and Alexandra. They are both wonderful, caring people and yes, they DO care about their clients. I was recommended to Craig from my best friend years ago and I recently successfully recommended another friend to him. I love these guys so much I wish I could put them in my pocket and take them around with me 😁. Seriously though, they have been there for me through changes in plans, life, and mishaps. I know that I can count on them.

Craig and Alexandra were fantastic! I had many long term insurance issues and they stepped in and fought for my husband and I many times and because of their efforts all is finally falling into place. I would recommend them to anyone who needs amazing involvement,,support and honesty!!
