Chris Sanchez sold us insurance that our doctors where not covered under claiming they were. Had no solutions and was no help when we told him about the problem. Blamed a system problem. We were told we had to wait until the next sign up period, pay twice as much for a different policy that he could somehow make work. Asked us for the information he needed to check into it. We provided the additional info and still got nowhere with him. Very bad customer service. Don’t get scammed by this company.

Paul Kleinman did an amazing job with walking us through the plans that they offer. I have a hard time understanding insurance and the way it was presented with different scenarios was awesome. I rarely review anything, but my experience with Scott Atencio and his team was so wonderful I had to share. Insurance can be such a pain, and as a small business owner with no health problems, I was always frustrated by how expensive and pointless insurance seemed for me. (I completely acknowledge that this my experience as a relatively young, healthy person — I'm not sure this insurance would be good for everyone) This is the lowest premium I have had and the easiest insurance to both understand and use. The MDLive component has been wonderful for two times I've wanted to talk with a health care professional and it was SO easy to schedule — and MDLive is FREE. Scott is extremely responsive, helpful and great to work with. He took in to consideration all that he learned about me as an individual and I feel like the insurance reflects exactly what I need. Have highly recommended him and his services to many!

They will lie to you after you to on the phone call and try to get your money. At the beginning they told me it was " free to apply" and then at the end after all the fees were added they still wanted a $40 application fee. I recorded the call with their permission and they still tried to pull this nonsense. Plus, the plans do not qualify for tax breaks under the stupid Obamacare plan. Bad business.
