I am editing my previous post to say a big thank you to Jeremiah and his team. I had a faulty O2 sensor and there was no way I could get to it to replace it. They got me right in and had it done in no time, despite all the stuff you have to take off on a 2013 Ford Escape to reach anything. Everything is running great. Great acceleration and smooth shifting. Thanks again to all of you.

I had visited two other shops for an alignment. One of which I had used in the past but continued to eat through tires and my car just didn't handle well. So, I decided to get a third opinion.

If it hadn't been for a change of ownership and management I wouldn't have given Cripple Creek Automotive since the previous owner was horrible. But others had given the new crew rave reviews.

Well they were right. Jeremiah looked at my car and showed me photos and a video of what they had found. Since I used to do my own car work I knew what he was telling me and knew that he was being very honest. So we set a date to get it back in for repair.

They had issues with seized up bolts, but that is to be expected with older vehicles. They got everything done and my car now handles like when I got it. it drives wonderfully. I spoke with Jeremiah about getting other routine work that done and will set a date up for those.

I am almost always skeptical of auto mechanics. I believe I’ve only had one I truly trusted. Most come out after a typical job telling me I need many more things done to it for an exorbitant amount of money. Aaron and Jeremiah were fabulous. I’m pretty sure most of the employees I work with at the school district utilize their expertise and and honest services for just about anything. I live very far north of Divide and am so thrilled to have found them. They went out of their way for me. They showed me exactly what they did on paper as well as in person. Aaron is the. New owner, thankfully - as I’ve heard stories about the last one. These are honest people and have done so much extra for people who need a little help and guidance. Fantastic shop right in the heart of Cripple Creek! They staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me posted on their progress every step of the way. They were even able to get me in earlier than expected due to an unforeseen cancellation. I will recommend this shop to anyone in or around the Teller County region!

Great, prompt SVC! Very fair pricing ! Last year, they rebuilt the front end. They didn't change some parts because they were new and serviceable. Nice to know a mechanic like that. I'm a retired aircraft mechanic who worked on my own vehicle forever. I feel very comfortable bringing my work here.

Aaron and the team he has built at Cripple Creek Automotive Tire and Towing is fantastic. I haven't taken my trucks anywhere else since 2023, when Aaron took over. We have so few services and resources available to us here - this is the kind of business (and business owner) we need to keep in Cripple Creek!

The guys were knowledgeable and up front with cost and work to be done, great customer service too. Jeremiah drove to CO Springs after work to pick up a part because he told me a specific day my truck would be done and he didn’t want to add another day for getting my truck fixed due to th delivery of the part, thx Jeremiah 👍😁
