If I could give no stars, I would . I am working here helping build the new steel mill went to the bank the first time to ask them to break hundred dollar bill for me was told I had to be a customer they could not break it down for me . So I thought I would give them, another chance went back in and ask them to give me two rolls of quarters for a $20 bill and was told once again I had to be a customer. To me this is bad customer service I will never go there again and I will tell people working here not to go there. I could see having to be a customer to have a check cashed but this was just changing one kind of cash for another form of cash . Don’t make since too me .
