Amy at Crossroads has been handling my Contents claim since we hade a house fire 8 months ago. She has done an amazing job categorizing, documenting, and submitting everything in the house with far more detail then I could have.

She has also down a fantastic job keeping pressure on my insurance company. My insurance agent has been slow, inaccurate, inattentive, and sloppy in execution. Amy has been catching and fixing mistakes that I would have never even thought to look for.

I can say with confidence that, even though the presses is not 100% complete, I have already recovered FAR more with Amy handling it then I ever could have. Just the shear amount of time she has put into my claim is way beyond what I expected. The fee seems steep, but I would have been out a lot more just in mistakes made by the insurance ifI had tried to do it on my own.
