Elizabeth Hart reached out to my construction company with stock photos of delivery boxes stating that her and her husband had a project that needed to be done. My office prepared and sent them a bid for the work. She requested our liability insurance and was sent it. She requested a copy as herself as the certificate holder, which had to be requested and forwarded from our insurance agent. She requested our workers comp insurance that was not to her liking, before offering to sell us a policy through CRS Insurance. We spent hours preparing, requesting, and sending documents to this woman to accommodate a project that wasn't real. This company lures in potential business with scammer agents. Not a good look for any agency.

Was rear ended by a client of theirs over 3 months ago. Gave an adjuster the required info and have had no contact from anyone related to my claim since. Every time I call the office I either get sent to voicemail, or the representative has little to no information outside of “we are waiting for the adjuster”. Does not seem like communication is valued here, and it does not seem like there is a sense of personal accountability when dealing with affected parties. 3 months, still no progress, and I still have a damaged vehicle. In my opinion, this company has zero urgency or commitment in addressing my situation.

It takes them 3 weeks to get police report and more then 4 weeks to get totaled vehicle inspected. Bad on updating you with your claim. Adjuster Kevin doesn’t do good work like he wants this company to pay more then it could have it if done in time.
