Mrs. Gabel-Upton is the “Worst ever” (see previous reviews) if she’s representing your ex and you walk away with nothing. 🤣 After seeing her performance in court several times and meeting with her outside of court, I would hire her every time! 🙌
She’s wise and strategic and knows how to expose truth well. Thank you Lynsi for being awesome!!

Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. The woman never introduced herself. When we couldn't understand something because she's so poor explaining she would either laugh in a demeaning way or huff like a child. Very unconcerned and condescending the whole time. I almost walked out before we were done. Do not recommend!

I know that this is a very highly reputable law firm in town and it proceeds its reputation. Just the consultation proved to be very helpful and gave me a great start on what I needed to do.I've worked for several different lawyers in town and I've been told great things about Christina Silvie. I hope that she can represent me in the future because as I've told others... She's said to be the best lawyer in West Plains.

Christena Silvey is the most incompetent lawyer I have ever had. She allowed my child support case to be drug on for 2 yrs. I only wanted a reduction in the child support as I lost my job and was not making the amount of money I had previously. She said having a stay put on my case wouldn’t cause any back pay in child support. I ended up having to pay more than I can afford plus the two years back pay. Christena would never get back to me in a timely manner and when she would get back to me it felt as though she was giving me threats and ultimatums rather than helping me. It seemed as though she was working for my ex. She never once treated me with respect or dignity. She only made me feel as though I was a dead beat dad trying to get out of paying child support which I had been paying continuously without missing one payment for the past 15 years. The case ended up taking so long that a trial was being considered if we couldn’t come up with an agreement. She wanted $1500 more to take it to trial which I had spent all the money I had retaining her, which was $1200. DO NOT hire her for anything. Especially if you are a man.

Reading the reviews above makes me wonder about people. Mrs. Coleman was nothing but professional in every aspect of my case. Ultimately, we won our case. The outcome was what was right and legal, even though I wanted blood. She did an excellent job explaining what I wanted and what was the law weren't exactly the same! It makes me think some people have unrealistic expectations when in fact Christena is merely doing her job. I wish I could give her 10 stars. She really is fantastic.

We did not have the privilege of speaking with Mrs Silvey-Coleman, had to speak with a lady by the name of Lindsay who did not want to help us at all. Frankly, she was just rude. I have heard great things about this law firm, really wish we could have spoke to the lawyer directly.

In our opinion, we met with the Attorney at Christena Silvey Coleman Law Firm and it was the most worse experience we've had with any attorneys. Lynsie Gabel-Upton was totally rude, her attitude was negative as soon as she walked through the door, however, if you had lots of money she would jump on our case in a heartbeat. We sat down with her paralegal or assistance and she was excellent, kind to speak with. When researching for attorneys make sure you do the homework before waiting all week long for an attorney who has no interest in what you have to say. I hope Christena Silvey Coleman reads this to ensure how unhappy we were when trying to find an attorney. Bad results spread faster than good results. Please find another another attorney if you want people who really care about your case. Farrow is an attorney who is not only caring but ready for action, takes every case serious with seriousness.
