Monica is a gem! Her kind heart & hard work are evident. Securing an affordable, well maintained rental is very challenging these days. Especially if you're a pet owner. With so many potential applicants, property managers often ignore pet owners...even responsible ones! I'm grateful for her trust & for going the extra mile.

I recently had the opportunity to stay in one of the properties managed by Custom Property Services. This is by far the best property management company that I have had the pleasure to work with. Being in the property management business myself, I know the challenges that come along with the job. All of the staff were attentive and ready to help. The property was beautiful, super clean and well maintained. We had some small issues (i.e. deadbolt froze up, smart lock being wonky, slippery driveway), they took care of everything almost immediately. I highly recommend Custom Property Services. They care about their clients and provide impeccable service.
