Daniel and Steve have helped us a lot in fixing our rental property after being damaged by a vehicle being chased by the police. I could not imagine how we were able to have it fixed without going through the hassle of dealing with the insurance company. They handled the whole process very well and that helped us with all the stress, hassle, time and effort aside from making sure that everything gets covered with the appropriate value. We recently consulted with DB Solomon regarding water damage sustained to our property a few months back. Upon our initial call to them it quickly became apparent that we were finally dealing with professionals. When we first relocated to the area, we were appalled at the lack of professionalism with the Sacramento area business community. We experienced everything that so many homeowners just seem to accept these days: phone calls not being returned, weeks exhausted before an email is even acknowledged, and no-show contractors who told you an hour earlier they were running late but would be out to your home shortly…never to arrive or even be heard from again. We’ve experienced it all. But my personal favorite is when you pay exorbitant premiums to your own homeowner’s insurance company and are treated like second class citizens, fighting for every dollar for a loss you didn’t cause.
DB Solomon leveraged their vast industry knowledge to quickly assess the substantial damage to our backyard and pool areas, assisted us with the complexity of policy documents, and guided us through the next steps of finalizing the claims process. People often forget that insurance companies are not their friends and don’t have their best interest at heart. We would unequivocally engage the services of DB Solomon again should we ever need them in the future.

This company is the best. Rick is one of the single most hard working professionals I know. Our insurance company was giving us the run around on a fire damage claim and did not want to pay for things that we needed to repair/replacement. We hired B.D Solomon Public Adjusters INC. (Rick Ewald) and he negotiated a great settlement on our behalf. We were happy he dealt with our insurance company directly and was a huge relief for us. If anyone can help you with your insurance problems, it's Rick! He is consistent, persistent and an all around good guy. There's not too many good honest guys left out there, so call Rick and let him give you a head.
