During one of those isolated spring storms with winds measuring up to 70mph, my neighbor's rather large tree was blown over, bringing with it several smaller trees. Those trees then fell across my power lines to my apartment building, ripping the weather-head, mast, and 5 gang meter box off the wall, leaving a 6ft by 8ft hole . After several months(and a couple more adjusters), a friend suggested I get a private adjuster and decided to give
Gateway a call.
Matt met me at the property and after viewing the damage and a rather lengthy discussion, I knew that this was the direction I needed to go. Matt even had several experts come out to give an informal evaluation.
Matt kept me in the loop during the entire process and we finally were able to come to an agreement with my insurer. Best decision I could have made. I would give Gateway Adjusters a
5 Star Rating and would definitely recommend to anyone having difficulties with their insurance provider.

I have had the unfortunate reality of two major fires in twelve years. Your Insurance Company is a for profit business and the adjusters job is to mitigate the claim. Your agent may be your "friend" but they have no control or influence over your claim. Whether a tree fell on your garage or the house had a major catastrophe - handling this yourself is to big, to complex and to time consuming. Your insurance company's adjustor is not going to tell you the nuances of your policy or let you know what you are entitled to under the State Insurance Board rules. Dan, Matt & Danelle are real pros with tremendous knowledge, experience and skill to help navigate what will be a complex and stressful situation. They were masters at handling "push back" from the Insurance Company and I didn't have to deal with it. Don't be intimidated - the company adjustor will not be happy you hired Dan Long's Gateway Public Adjustors.

Dan long has resolved my insurance claims several times. He is well versed in telling you what needs to be done, information that he needs and is quick to respond on a text message.
