I started with Daniel Kane last year in June of 2020 I had a homeowner insurance policy and car insurance. I cancelled my car insurance about a week and a half to two weeks later. My car insurance was to renew in August. Not only did Daniel Kane still bill me for the next 2 months. He also sent me to collections. I didn't know any of this because my agent Daniel didn't even have the decency to call me or say anything to me. I found out when the collection agency called me. Well after I brought it to American Family Insurance corporate office attention, I received a reimbursement check for the two months that I had paid that I shouldn't have paid. And they notified the collection agency. In the future I would suggest that you do not get an agent like Daniel Kane who is going to bill you for something that you canceled and then take you to a collection agency for more payments. I never received an apology from American family or from Daniel Kane. I did change to State Farm and I am so much happier. They really do give good rates to everyone at State Farm. You know the hardest part is that there's always an easy way to blame it on someone else. Never once did Daniel Kane ever contact me and tell me that the money was due instead he said he sent it to collections. Wow after I canceled the policy, I was still sent to collection for non-payment. I had been with American Family Insurance for over 15 years

I have been with American Family Insurance for over 15 years and with Daniel Kane as my agent for over 5 of those years. While everyone I have dealt with over the years has been excellent, I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel and his staff.

Any time (and I mean ANY time) I contact Dan directly or contact his office (Jeniffer Rodriguez is awesome BTW) I always get an almost instantaneous response and willingness to help and answer any questions or resolve any issue I may have.

I currently have 5 cars (2 of which are exotics / 1 sports car / 1 muscle car / 1 daily driver), 5 high-end watches and my house all insured with Daniel and would not even consider changing agents or insurance companies even if the costs were lower.

Daniel has often proactively (gasp!) reached out to me just to make sure my coverage options were still optimal for my needs and as cost-effective as possible and the level of personal attention and service I get from Daniel and hist team is unparalleled - certainly in the insurance realm and frankly pretty much everyone else I do business with.

I could not be happier with Daniel Kane and American Family in general. Highly recommended!

Daniel Kane and his beautiful team are the BEST! I love how friendly and welcoming they are. A few years back, my daughter was involved in an accident and (after myself) she called Dan and his team. She was told to come to the office so they could see she was ok and helped her with everything she needed help with. After being all shook up with just getting into an accident, it is nice to have a team of people who really want to help and care for you. We have everything insured including our business with Daniel Kane's American Family Insurance company. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
